Description:

This role is for a SCCM Administrator at NTT DATA, where you’ll play a critical part in managing enterprise packaging, distribution, and system infrastructure. You’ll be part of a strong team that oversees packaging, deployments, patching, and infrastructure operations across large-scale enterprise environments.

The Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for managing the packaging and distribution function for enterprise applications, ensuring seamless SCCM and Intune operations, and supporting critical infrastructure functions.

• Develop and manage SCCM, App-V, and Intune infrastructure.
• Package and distribute enterprise applications.
• Document and communicate engineering and operational deliverables.
• Manage both hardware and software product lifecycles.
• Evaluate and implement new software technologies through pilots and testing.
• Provide operational support for SCCM, Intune, AppV, and Bomgar.
• Work as part of the 3rd level escalation team, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Ensure 24x7 availability of supported infrastructure in collaboration with EI support teams.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and AppV infrastructure.

• Ability to configure role-based access and manage enterprise deployments.
• Experience in endpoint patching and compliance.
• Knowledge of enterprise anti-virus solutions, encryption, and endpoint protection.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
